Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of invoices2excel ("Service"), operated by invoices2excel ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

invoices2excel is an AI-powered tool that converts invoice files (PDF, PNG, JPEG, WEBP) into structured spreadsheet formats (Excel and CSV) using configurable templates. Usage limits may apply as described on the site and may change over time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The accuracy of AI-extracted data depends on the quality and format of your source documents. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use in financial or business decisions.

invoices2excel offers paid subscription plans processed through a third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription period has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the subscription, downgrades, or cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access to paid features until that date.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@mail.invoices2excel.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.

The Service may enforce limits such as:

• A monthly page quota.
• A maximum number of pages per conversion request.
• A maximum number of conversion requests per 24-hour period.

Only successfully completed conversions typically count toward usage limits. Failed conversions generally do not. Limits are subject to change and are enforced as implemented in the Service.

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing illegal content, personally identifiable information of third parties without consent, or content that violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the Service in a manner that violates these Terms or places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service to third parties without our explicit written consent.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful to us or others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of the files you upload and the data extracted from them. By using the Service, you grant invoices2excel a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and transmit your files solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

We do not sell, share, or use your files or extracted data for any purpose other than providing the Service. We do not use your invoice data to train AI models. Uploaded input files are automatically deleted from our storage immediately after a conversion completes successfully and are not retained beyond that point.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any files you submit. You represent that your files do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI services that may experience their own outages or disruptions outside our control.

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily reduces or suspends access to the Service without prior notice.

We provide no Service Level Agreement (SLA) and are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability, delays, or errors.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF EXTRACTED DATA.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (b) AI extraction results will be accurate, complete, or error-free; (c) the Service will be available at any particular time or location; or (d) any defects or errors will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INVOICES2EXCEL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss or corruption of data or files
• Cost of substitute services
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from reliance on AI-extracted data without independent verification

This applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, invoices2excel shall not be held liable for any loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless invoices2excel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any content you upload or process through the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by signing out and requesting account deletion via email.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where invoices2excel operates.

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
